These Terms are an agreement between you ("the User") and UBiLL ("we", "the Service") covering your use of the billing and store-credit platform at app.ubill.xyz. By creating an account or continuing to use the Service, you accept these Terms.
1. The Service
UBiLL is built for small shops that sell on credit and offer daily loans. It is used to:
- record customers, products, and credit sales;
- issue bills and share bill links so customers can check their own balance;
- track payments, receive payment slips, and summarise outstanding amounts;
- notify customers through the channels you choose to enable.
We may add, change, or retire features to improve the Service. We will give reasonable notice of any change that significantly affects how you use it.
2. Your account
- You must give accurate information when registering and keep it up to date.
- You are responsible for keeping your password safe and for all activity under your account.
- Do not let anyone else use your account, and do not use anyone else's account without permission.
- Tell us immediately if you believe your account has been accessed without authorisation.
- You must be at least 18 years old, or have your guardian's consent, to use the Service.
3. Linking a social account
You may link a LINE, Facebook, Google, or TikTok account to your UBiLL account to make signing in easier, on the following terms:
- Linking is optional — every feature works without it.
- You must first create a UBiLL account with a password. A social account cannot be used to create a new account.
- One social account can be linked to only one UBiLL account.
- You can disconnect at any time on the Connected accounts page.
- Your use of each social platform is also governed by that platform's own terms.
- What we receive and how we use it is described in our Privacy Policy.
4. Your data and your customers' data
- The customer records, balances, and sales you enter belong to you. We store and process them on your instructions only.
- You are responsible for the accuracy of your customers' data and for obtaining their consent as required by Thailand's Personal Data Protection Act (PDPA).
- You may request a copy of your data, or ask us to delete it, using the contact details below.
- We do not sell or disclose your business data to third parties.
5. Fees and renewal
- The Service is charged monthly or yearly according to the plan you choose; current prices are shown on the plans page.
- If a subscription expires without renewal, access is restricted but your data is retained.
- Fees already paid are non-refundable, except where we are unable to provide the Service through our own fault.
- We will give at least 30 days' notice before any price change, and it will not affect a period you have already paid for.
6. Acceptable use
You must not:
- use the Service for anything unlawful or fraudulent, or for debt collection by unlawful means;
- attempt to break into the system, probe for vulnerabilities, or access another user's data;
- use automated tools to extract data in a way that places an unreasonable load on our servers;
- copy, modify, or resell the software or any part of the Service;
- send abusive or deceptive messages to customers through the Service.
If these terms are breached we may suspend or close the account. We will explain why, unless there is an urgent security risk.
7. Availability
- We aim to keep the Service running continuously but cannot guarantee uninterrupted access.
- Maintenance windows may be necessary; we schedule them at quiet times where possible.
- We take regular backups, but we recommend you also export important data yourself.
8. Limitation of liability
The Service is provided "as is". To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect damages, loss of profit, or damages arising from your use of, or inability to use, the Service. Our total liability in any case will not exceed the fees you paid us in the preceding 12 months.
This limitation does not apply to liability that cannot be limited by law, such as wilful misconduct or gross negligence.
9. Cancellation
- You may stop using the Service at any time by contacting us.
- You may request a copy of your data before it is deleted.
- Personal data is deleted within 30 days of account closure, as set out in the Privacy Policy.
- If we ever discontinue the Service entirely, we will give at least 60 days' notice and allow you to export your data first.
10. Changes to these Terms
We may revise these Terms from time to time. Significant changes will be announced on the website or by an in-app notification before they take effect. Continuing to use the Service after the effective date means you accept the revised Terms.
11. Governing law
These Terms are governed by Thai law, and disputes fall under the jurisdiction of the Thai courts.
